I'm pretty pumped to get my car going sideways w/o roasting the tires, haha.

I'm eyeing a pass to Sunapee, don't know whether to get the cheap one or the more expensive one that includes Killington and Okemo.

This. Rain is still 50% actual tire burning 50% wetness. Snow, and in more particularly the ice underneath it, means extreme hoonage.

passes are usually the best if you go ski/boarding enough. A-basin one in Colorado was all I ever needed.

Yep, traction control = off. The AWD on the SHO has let me get quite sideways, fun times! =AWD drifts :P

The problem is I'm still in college, I do co-op work in fall and classes spring semester when the good snow hits. By then I'm too busy to go as much as I want. But if I can get 5 trips in before Christmas break the pass would pay for itself.

There's some great mountains up by you, I went to Sunday River once and was blown away. But I bet it pales in comparison to Colorado. Whereabouts did you get to go? I snowboard by the way.

I need to get an AWD winter car. Just once. I've always either had FWD or RWD, which can both be fun, but AWD would be soooo much better.

I ski, but I went all over the place, A basin, Breckenridge, Eldora, many more. Lots of great car stories in and around the mountains in the winter. 5 times before break is doable if you are on a slight mission

I still have 2 week left to get ready, plenty of time to enjoy my lasts lateral Gs.

I've driven all three in the winter, the AWD has been the easiest to control in a slide, haha. The RWD can be really fun though, haha.

Arapahoe Basin opened four runs on the 13th and Loveland Ski Area opened five on the 17th

This year, not unlike the past 10 years, I highly doubt I'll be able to get any skiing in. It's still depressing, even after all this time

Just turned the heat on after having the house hovering in the 50s early in the morning. I'm ready. Time to swap some snowshoes on the fleet.

Safe ride up...

Damn Colorado.

That sucks, and I understand how that can be depressing, just busy?

That's awesome, Colorado looks like something else. The journey there is half the fun.

Busy, and I'm currently making 45% of what I was 4 months ago. I'm trying to fix that to little avail.

Thanks, guy!

I'm working on getting a position that will allow me to basically walk to work. Plus it's a gov't (school district) job so benefits should be good.
